Enterprise Incentive Software, Inc.

Overview: Enterprise Incentive Software provides a “best in class” Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) relational database family of products supporting ‘mission critical’ sales and marketing functions aligning the corporation’s and shareholder’s goals with those of the sales organization. Current clients include a wide cross-section of Fortune 1000 corporations.

EIM began in 1990 as a separate operating arm of Westport Consulting Group’s financial services consulting practice, and spun off as an independent corporation in 2000. The CATS (Compensation Activity Tracking System) itself was first developed in 1994 under the direction of a leading incentive compensation consulting firm who sought a more user-friendly and cost-effective alternative to competing solutions. Since then, our products have been consistently upgraded to utilize new technololgies and serve market needs for a growing body of corporate users.

Based on measurable work group productivity, return on investment (ROI) is immediate, without reliance on ‘soft dollar’ metrics to support outrageous capital expenditures. As such, we offer CATS in three distinct editions and versions with multiple purchase options (site installation, rental or on-demand) to fit any price point. In doing so, we eliminate the fear of over investment, yet offer a seamless upgrade path to accommodate any future needs.
