Monitoring and managing storage infrastructure performance is key to business continuity and availability solutions. To support required application performance, storage administrators have to monitor and manage the array performance and performance of the storage area network (SAN) based on the array. HP Storage Essentials Performance Edition (HP SEPE) software delivers a solution for these scenarios. This new product enhances the performance of solutions based on HP Enterprise Virtual Array (EVA) and HP XP arrays. This paper will address how current performance management challenges can be resolved through HP SEPE.
